Boba BS is an online tool designed to help you convert your Malaysian bank statement PDFs into Excel (.xlsx) or CSV formats quickly and accurately.

• We provide a conversion service; we are not a financial advisor, accounting service, or bank.
• Our service processes your PDFs locally in your browser, meaning your sensitive financial data never leaves your device. We only receive non-sensitive layout information to improve our service.

2. Your Account

To use Boba BS, you'll log in with your Google account. This helps us keep track of your credits and conversion history.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
• Please ensure your Google account information (like email) is accurate.

3. Credits and Payments

• Each credit allows you to convert one page of a bank statement.
• Good news! Your purchased credits with Boba BS never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
• Payments for credits are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, SenangPay.
• Refunds: Your satisfaction is important to us. While we typically can't offer refunds for credits, if you run into any problems with your conversion, please reach out. We're here to help make things right.

4. Using Boba BS Responsibly

We trust you'll use Boba BS for its intended purpose. Please don't use our service for anything illegal or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading malicious files or content.
• Attempting to disrupt our service or systems.
• Using the service for fraudulent activities.
